When you have read through this section and studied the General Rules follow the link on that page to the Application Form

Through this year we will learn more about you and follow your motorcycling development as you take the Road to Rookies Cup.

On that Road you will provide us with details of the races and championships you are competing in. We are not only interested in dedicated road racers, those who ride dirt bikes may also be developing the riding skills that translate into success on tarmac.

After filling out the Application Form we will wish to see race and championship results through the 2010 racing year so that we can see the progress the Applicant is making.

The applicants who take the most care to complete the application system will be sent a pair of Road to Rookies Cup Stickers for each side of their race bike so that you can show friends, fans and fellow competitors that they have taken the Road. They will also be featured in a special page on the website.

Through the year a Top 10 Table on the website will feature those riders who are doing best and therefore most likely to get invited to the Selection Event. Many more than just the top 10 will be invited to the Selection Event.

As the time of the Selection Event approaches our panel of experts will make a list of the riders they believe are the best from around the world and they will be invited to the Selection Event.

At the Selection Event you will have the chance to show your riding ability on the track at a road race circuit somewhere in Europe between September 13-15.

The Selection Panel at the Event will then chose the riders to be invited to join the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup in 2011.

Note: Please do not put Red Bull stickers on your bike, leathers or helmet. The correct stickers to use are the Road to Rookies Cup stickers that we will send you once you have successfully applied.
